Mikey has been involved in skiing all his life.
From his early days racing on dry slopes through to teaching in France and Switzerland he brings over two decades ski coaching and instruction experience to the role.
Mikey holds a Carte Pro qualification in France as well as the Brevet Federal Swiss qualification.
He has represented IASI at Interski in Levi and currently spends time teaching private clients throughout Europe.
Mikey says:
“I am looking forward to working with IASI members, the educational team and board with the aim of ensuring that the quality of the education on offer is of the highest standards.
I want to ensure that the educational team continues to deliver our courses in a fun and inclusive manner. In addition, I’m eager to connect with the current Education Committee to understand their priorities, address any questions and explore their ideas.
My aim is to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that brings out the best in our team. I’m also keen for all educators to be actively involved, as I believe my role as Head of Education will be strengthened by the collective input and support of everyone working to guide IASI in our desired direction.”
