IASI AGM 2025
Dear IASI Member,
This is a notification that our 2025 AGM will be taking place at the Ski Club of Ireland, Killegar, Kilternan, Co. Dublin, on Saturday 25th October 2025 at 6:15pm. For the formal Notice of AGM, please find a link below.
How to take part in the AGM
We always are delighted to welcome as many members as possible to attend the AGM, but if you are unable to attend in person, and are a full member (Level 1 or above), we would appreciate it if you could fill in the proxy form (link below) and send it to secretary@iasisnowsports.ie or send it by post to the address on the form before 6:15pm on Thursday 23rd October 2025 in order to have your say at the meeting.
The AGM will also be broadcast live on Zoom, enabling members to attend remotely.
Board election - what’s happening at this meeting?
Two co-opted board members (Stephen O’Hara and Blue Martin) are standing for election to the Board. Two board members (Dáire O’Connell and Rich Egan) who are at the end of their terms are standing for re-election.
I, as Company Secretary, am stepping down from the Board, therefore if any member wishes to stand for election to the Board, or if any of the current board members who are standing are not elected/re-elected and there are candidates, voting for these director positions will occur at the AGM.
The Board would especially like to encourage applications from women to remain compliant with Sport Ireland’s policy enforcing a minimum of 40% female representation on the boards of Irish sporting organisations.
A link to a form for nomination is below. Please note that to be eligible for election as a Director, a candidate must have been a Full Member of the Company for at least two years. Notification of all nominations will be advised to members prior to the AGM. Nominations must be received by 5:00pm on Saturday 11th October 2025.

A link to the minutes from the 2024 AGM is below. We do not intend to read the full minutes at the meeting. Only questions submitted in advance to secretary@iasisnowsports.ie before Monday 20th October at 5:00pm will be answered at the AGM. We will endeavour to answer all questions if time allows. Otherwise, questions will be answered by email.
We are attaching this year’s financial statement for your attention.
We are also pleased to share the updated IASI Articles of Association with you below. This important document will need to be voted on at the AGM, so please take the time to read it, and if you need clarification on anything in advance of the meeting, please contact the Board.
Finally, we are sharing the updated Members’ Charter. The Board will accept comments for consideration before the Directors finalise the document. Please send any comments or suggestions to the Board before 20th October.
