If you already hold a snowsports instructor qualification from another body and would like to join IASI then we welcome applications. Many instructors like to be members of more than one association and IASI prides itself on its friendly and club like feel to its courses.
Don’t yet have a qualification and want to become an Instructor?
step one
The first step to joining is to send us an email detailing your current qualifications and experience. We will then advise you on where you fit into our qualification pathway.
You will then need to send us electronic copies of all relevant certificates. Your name will then be put forward to the IASI board for approval.
If your application is successful you will be advised and can then move on to step two.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL applicants with an equivalent qualification to the IASI Alpine L3 or L4 are required to take and pass the IASI L3 or L4 Technical Exam in order to prove competence at the same level. This also applies to existing members (who may be members of other associations) who will have to pass the relevant IASI technical exams in order to progress towards L3 or L4 in the IASI system (technical passes from other organisations will not be recognised).

Complete the member application form below and then make payment of the annual subscription.
You will then be issued with a licence detailing your qualification level within the IASI system.
