Position: Part time ski & snowboard instructors & ski race coach

Hourly rate: Starting at £14 per hour, this will increase depending on peak/off peak and also depending on qualification

InPiste Ltd is a dynamic and innovative indoor snow sports training centre located just outside Luton. We are dedicated to providing a unique and engaging experience for snow sports enthusiasts of all skill levels. With a focus on safety, instruction, and fun, our goal is to create a vibrant community of snow sports lovers.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and conduct snow sports training sessions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.

• Work with our clients to achieve their objectives via our training programmes

• Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing inquiries and feedback effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in snow sports instruction, preferably with certifications in skiing and snowboarding. We would require at minimum IASI Level 1 or equivalent

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff alike.

• A passion for snow sports and a commitment to promoting safety and enjoyment in a recreational setting.

Additional Information:

• Part time positions available with pay starting at £14/hour depending on qualification

• A successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK and will be required to complete a disclosure form from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

• Candidates must hold a valid 2-day outdoor first aid certificate.

• Hours will be shifted based and may include working on weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
