Snowsport Instructor education and certification run in Ireland and Europe
The Irish Association of Snowsports Instructors (IASI) aims to deliver a modern and dynamic educational pathway for aspiring instructors as well as already qualified instructors.
It is a member’s association whose purpose is to educate and certify snowsports instructors. Its philosophy of transparency, openness and honesty underpins the aim of the association which is run by a board of directors, elected by the members and supported by non-board members, appointed by the board, who look after administration and membership. The board and administrators work for the association on a purely volunteer basis.
IASI EDUCATION
The Irish Association of Snowsports Instructors offers education and certification for Alpine, Snowboard and Telemark Instructors. The qualifications are widely recognised and endorsed by the International Ski Instructors Association (ISIA) and International Federation of Snowsport Instructor (IVSI).
IASI courses are delivered by a great team of educators who have the dual role of being educators and examiners. The team delivers across disciplines and domains within the sport including Alpine, Adaptive, Snowboard, Telemark, Mountain Safety, Freestyle, Coaching and 2nd Language.
